Bring back a photo to life!

Editing a photo sometimes satisfy me more than even taking it. Although the original version of following pictures were really good, but the post editing work on them by me, totally made them different. These pictures were taken by students from Engineers Without Borders (EWB)-San Diego State University chapter in their trip to Tajeras, Honduras in January 2011 for the clean water project that they have there. As a member (and the fundraiser) of this awesome organization, I decided to edit some of the pictures for the video clip that we were preparing for Engineering Council Banquet at SDSU.

Louisville , Kentucky with a really good friend

Louisville , Kentucky is one of the places that I wouldn't even imagine traveling to, at least anytime soon, specially with all the places that are still unchecked in my list. But thanks to the GREAT Engineers Without Borders conference, we got the chance to go visit it there. I took a lot of picture that I would try to upload them eventually, but here is one of the pictures that is so far my favorite. It is my favorite since I am learning to set up everything on my camera and get good shots, basically I am getting very comfortable with my camera. It's also my favorite because of the person in this picture. Beside being a very good friend, she is one of the most inspiring persons that I've ever met. Her desire to have a better world and her endless energy to make things work always inspires me and gives me motivation to do the things that I want to do. I could totally see her very successful in her life, much more than how she is right now.
